Transition Program
During Term 2 students will come home with a Transition Information Pack for Parents/Guardians containing key information and dates around Year 6 to 7 transition. In the Information Pack will be an application form to nominate your preferred Secondary School for your child to attend in Year 7. Completed application forms need to be returned to your child’s primary school. Parents/Guardians will receive notification of their child’s placement offer from their primary school at the beginning of Term 3.
Time for Key Dates surrounding the Transition Program for 2024/2025:
Families of accepted students will receive a transition pack towards the end of Term 3. The pack will contain important information for your records, and pre-enrolment documents you will need to return to the College.
